Our team has officially filed Lamotta Mcmahan, et al., v Olin Corporation, et al. in the United States District Court.
Over decades of operation, thousands of pounds of mercury were utilized to create chlorine. Our lawsuit is seeking justice for individuals who suffered injuries due to mercury exposure while employed by the Olin Corporation. We aim to hold the responsible parties accountable, get justice for the victims, and advocate for improved safety measures in the workplace.
Our goal is to help employees, contractors, and their families who have potentially been exposed to Mercury. We believe that injuries caused by exposures, entitle workers to justice. By joining Science and Law, we strive to attain the best possible outcomes for anyone who has experienced suffering due to industrial malpractice and greed.
